Construction Manager At-Risk Services

The White Settlement, Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to provide construction manager at-risk services. The agency needs to improve indoor air quality, occupant comfort, system reliability, maintainability, energy efficiency, and operational performance. The selected vendor will provide preconstruction services during design development and construction document preparation, subsequently serving as the constructor under a guaranteed maximum price contract. The project scope covers design phase collaboration, cost estimating, budget management, scheduling, phasing, site logistics, and campus coordination. The agency requires subcontractor procurement planning, the development of a comprehensive site-specific safety program, and the coordination of submittals and shop drawings. The agency expects the minimization of disruption to instructional activities and the completion of construction within established budget and schedule constraints. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place onsite in White Settlement, Texas. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and all questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
