Architectural and Engineering Services

The government authority located in North Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The agency requires these services to address various facility needs, including site master planning, renovations, new construction, and facilities assessments. Through this initiative, the agency aims to optimize its space utilization, conduct site investigations, and establish swing campus and mobile classroom designs. The scope of work covers the preparation of schematic and construction documents, civil work, structural engineering, and project planning.
