The government authority located in Montpelier, Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive financial services. The authority needs to solve the challenge of managing its loan portfolio by outsourcing underwriting, servicing, and compliance monitoring. The selected partner will underwrite loan applications, recommend terms, and ensure borrower repayment and regulatory compliance. The scope of work covers maintaining duplicate project files of all loan applications, related documents, and transactions. The chosen provider must draft loan agreements for borrowers and close loans following reviews by the advisory committee, executive committee, and legal counsel. Additionally, the service provider will collect and deposit loan repayments, contact borrowers regarding late fees or delinquencies, and deliver quarterly and annual financial statements. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The authority requires the performance of all work to occur offsite.
