The selected service provider will address daily cleaning needs, waste management, and specialized sanitization across all designated locations. The scope of work covers a wide range of daily and periodic cleaning tasks for both interior and exterior areas. Bidders must empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and service exterior sand urns, ashtrays, and perimeter trash bins nightly. The agency requires nightly cleaning of exterior entranceway landings to remove gum, spills, and litter, as well as the cleaning of all entry glass doors, side glazing, and frames. Interior tasks include spot cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces like light switches and door handles, cleaning microwaves inside and out, and sanitizing all counter surfaces. The provider must also clean and sanitize all restroom and shower fixtures, dispose of abandoned personal items in showers, and clean carpets using a county-approved dry chemical or extraction method. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted onsite at the designated county facilities.
