Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Material Testing and Inspection Services

The government authority in Boise, Idaho is seeking a vendor to provide geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection services, and laboratory testing and analysis. The agency requires these services to support initial project planning, construction document and specification preparation, cost estimating, permit acquisition, and technical drafting including CAD and conventional layouts. The selected provider must also deliver on-call emergency response and comprehensive construction monitoring. The scope of work covers specific field and laboratory tasks to address soil compaction testing, hillside and slope stability analysis, geohazards evaluation, and settlement analysis. The agency also requires site investigations, exploratory borings, groundwater monitoring well drilling, pavement design and evaluation, pavement restoration, rebar inspection, concrete sampling and strength testing, and building foundation design. The performing organization must conduct all work offsite at its own office premises. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
