The agency also requires ongoing technical support, consultation, and recommendations to improve project controls, procurement procedures, and construction management practices. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work must take place onsite in Key West, Florida. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submissions, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026.
