Water Distribution Asset Management Program Modernization Service

The California government authority is seeking a vendor to modernize its water distribution asset management program. The agency needs to resolve inefficiencies and resource gaps within its current field and digital work practices. To achieve this, the project requires a comprehensive audit of existing asset management documentation, standard operating procedures, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data. The selected vendor must provide detailed recommendations for operational improvements that align with the agency's asset management goals and incorporate water industry best practices. The scope of work also includes developing detailed Work Plans for select Preventative Maintenance Programs. These plans must define the purpose, goals, field and digital workflows, escalation logic, and reporting processes for the programs. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
