Construction Management Services

The Town of Nederland, Colorado, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Construction Management and Construction Engineering (CM/CE) services for a sidewalk and multimodal safety improvements project. The agency is attempting to resolve pedestrian safety and accessibility issues through the removal of existing asphalt pavement, curbs, and sidewalks, followed by the installation of new concrete sidewalks and curb ramps. The selected provider will oversee the installation of detectable warning surfaces, ADA-related pedestrian improvements, aggregate base courses, hot mix asphalt patching, signage, striping, and pavement markings. The scope of work also requires the management of solar-powered rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) improvements, traffic control, public information services, erosion control, and construction surveying. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and the selected contractor must perform all work onsite in Nederland. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
