Construction Manager-At-Risk Services

The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide construction manager-at-risk services to transform the campus library into an iconic green space. This project aims to enrich the park-like setting of the campus and solve pedestrian flow issues by tying into the renovated Cooper Street Pedestrian Bridge. The agency envisions a space that may feature a water noise-reduction element, a reflecting pool, mass planting areas, and a tree canopy to create shade and outdoor rooms framing a lawn for student gatherings. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite in Arlington, Texas. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the project. Interested bidders must submit all clarification questions no later than June 29, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted construction manager-at-risk qualifications and the proposed approach to transforming the library grounds.
