Participant Accident Coverage for Intercollegiate Athletics Service

The Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, on behalf of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, is seeking participant accident coverage for its intercollegiate athletics program. The agency requires a multi-component agreement to provide insurance coverage for its student-athletes. This coverage must include secondary insurance for all student-athletes on an aggregate deductible platform, as well as dedicated international student-athlete health insurance. The scope of work covers the management of insured risk, coverage for specified sports, and the administration of policy benefits. All contracted services will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for this coverage.
