Campus Transportation Services

The University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive campus transportation services. The agency requires charter bus services to support field trips, extracurricular activities, and other university engagements across all departments. The scope of work covers daily local trips, daily and overnight out-of-town travel, airport transfers, and cross-country or overnight trips utilizing sleeper coaches. Bidders must submit a detailed fleet portfolio describing all vehicles intended for use under the resulting contract. This portfolio must specify the quantity, make, model, year, size, passenger capacity, sleeper capability, and current mileage of each vehicle. The agency also requires information on vehicle features and amenities, including ADA accessibility, alternative fuel or compressed natural gas capabilities, air-conditioning, reclining seats, restrooms, Wi-Fi, flat-panel televisions, electrical outlets, and wide-body dimensions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all transportation services onsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year and is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget.
