The government authority located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive onsite janitorial services. The agency needs to maintain a clean and sanitary environment through specific daily and periodic cleaning tasks. The contract period for these services will span three years. The scope of work requires cleaning and sanitizing both sides of every toilet seat with a germicidal solution. The selected vendor must dust and clean all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, and tables, as well as vacuum all exposed carpeting and difficult areas such as under desks, tables, and counters. Additional tasks include polishing furniture in executive offices as needed, removing chairs from walls in all conference rooms to vacuum, cleaning and sanitizing microwaves and refrigerators, and cleaning inside office window glass. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this three-year contract. A pre-proposal walkthrough meeting will take place on June 30, 2026, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
