Janitorial Maintenance Service

The Wind River Inter-Tribal Council is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial maintenance services for its government authority facility located in Shoshoni, Wyoming. The agency requires regular cleaning and maintenance of tile floors, floor rugs, desks, tables, file cabinets, chairs, bookcases, window sills, and lockers. The selected provider must also service ledges, wastebaskets, clocks, wall pictures, toilets, urinals, service fixtures, water fountains, toilet partitions, and dispensers. The scope of work further encompasses cleaning interior and exterior windows, telephones, copiers, venetian blinds, painted walls, light fixtures, and televisions. All services must be performed onsite at the Shoshoni facility. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires interested bidders to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 8, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding range. Evaluation criteria will be based on the proposals submitted by eligible onshore vendors who attend the mandatory meeting.
