Landscape architecture and traffic engineering tasks involve parking lot and roadway design, green roofs, water efficiency, stormwater management, trails, park bridges, traffic control device analyses, traffic calming, traffic signal design, and transportation planning. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work onsite in Morgantown, West Virginia. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
