Construction Manager at Risk Services

The Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority in Leander, Texas, is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive Construction Manager at Risk services. The agency requires a dedicated project team to oversee operations, including a half-time Project Executive, a full-time on-site Project Manager, full-time on-site Superintendents, and full-time Assistant Superintendents. This personnel structure will ensure continuous oversight and management of the construction site from inception to completion. The scope of work covers essential site management and administrative support services to facilitate smooth project execution. The selected provider must handle general, substantial, and final site clean-up, manage drug screening costs, and capture monthly aerial photos alongside regular site photography and videotaping. Additionally, the agency requires the provider to manage engineering tasks such as survey, layout, and erosion control, while also supplying small tools and communication devices. Administrative responsibilities under this contract include managing shop drawings, blue printing, printing, and copying. The provider must cover all shipping and handling costs for submittals sent between the general contractor, subcontractors, and the architect or engineering offices. All project work must be performed on-site at the designated location in Leander, Texas. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
