Engineering Design Service

The City of Palmdale, California is seeking professional civil and traffic engineering design services, alongside public outreach services, to develop the upper section of a local park. The project site currently consists of native soil, and the agency requires design plans to transform this area into a functional community space. Desired amenities for the site include an Americans with Disabilities Act compliant walking path around the park, featuring integrated workout and fitness nooks along the path. The selected vendor must provide comprehensive engineering design services, which encompass public outreach, geotechnical services, and the preparation of complete construction documents. The scope of work covers project design management, preliminary research and investigation, a drainage study and plan, final design, and construction engineering support services. All performance of the work must take place onsite in Palmdale. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
