Construction Administration Support Service

The government authority in Bellevue, Washington is seeking construction administration support services on an as-needed basis. The agency needs assistance with maintaining project compliance documentation, conducting bid openings, and vetting apparent low bidders. The selected vendor will also develop cost-sharing spreadsheets, create bid tabulations, and file all documents in SharePoint and paper project files. The scope of work covers processing request to sublets, tracking contractor compliance, and reviewing weekly certified payrolls for contractors and subcontractors. Additional responsibilities include managing intents to pay prevailing wages, affidavits of wages paid, monthly retainage forms, and change order documentation. The agency also requires support with filing the Notice of Completion and reviewing Field Note Records. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be completed onsite in Bellevue, Washington. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals.
