Non-Emergency Ambulance Transportation Services

The San Francisco Department of Public Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on-demand, non-emergency ground ambulance transportation services. The agency requires safe, reliable, and timely transport for patients requiring Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, or Specialty and Critical Care Transport. The selected provider will conduct hospital-to-hospital transfers, including higher and lower level of care transfers, specialty services, and diagnostic procedures. The scope of work also covers occasional scheduled medical appointment transports that require ambulance-level clinical support. All performance of the work must take place onsite in San Francisco, California. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity.
