The government authority located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment across its facility, including executive offices, conference rooms, and common areas. The selected provider must supply all necessary cleaning products, such as glass cleaner, sanitizers, stainless steel cleaner, and wax. The scope of work covers detailed cleaning tasks to be performed onsite at the Rocky Hill facility. Specific duties include sanitizing all common touch points like doorknobs, handles, and light switches, as well as dusting all surfaces, windowsills, moldings, ledges, shelves, frames, baseboards, and partitions. The provider must empty all waste and recycling baskets, dust and clean horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, and tables, and ensure conference room tables and countertops are free of food and fingerprints. Additional requirements include vacuuming executive office closets, cleaning and polishing executive office furniture as needed, removing chairs from walls in conference rooms to vacuum, and dusting wall hangings such as pictures, frames, charts, and graphs. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is looking for proposed pricing within the submissions. The contract period will span three years. A mandatory or scheduled pre-bid walkthrough is set for June 30, 2026, and the agency requires all questions to be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
