The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is seeking a qualified financial consulting firm to assist with the evaluation and negotiation of redevelopment projects within the municipality. The agency needs to solve the challenge of accurately assessing complex financial proposals, pro-formas, and tax exemption applications submitted by private developers and lenders. The consultant must also assist in preparing local finance board applications and attend relevant meetings. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the contract work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to establish the cost of services, and the resulting contract will have a duration of one year.
