Design Services

The City of Draper, Utah is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive design services for a local park project. The agency needs to evaluate its concept layout plan to ensure all planned amenities are designed efficiently and cost-effectively. To solve this, the selected partner will update the master plan, conduct preliminary and final designs, and identify necessary permits and approvals. The scope of work covers four distinct phases, starting with master plan evaluation and a public open house to gather community input. For the preliminary design phase, the consultant will establish horizontal and vertical control, verify utility locations, and evaluate landscaping options, including low-water vegetation and wildlife-resistant plants. The agency will provide aerial data from a Spring 2026 flight to assist with this phase. Once the city approves the preliminary plans, the consultant will transition into the final design and contract document phase. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located within the United States. The agency requires digital submissions, which bidders can submit via email or online. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
