Construction Manager at Risk Services

The City of Port Orange, Florida, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction manager at risk services for a new community facility. The agency is attempting to construct a multi-use recreational space to serve local residents and house administrative staff. The first phase of construction covers a two-court gymnasium, an indoor play area, meeting and rental rooms, public spaces, an e-sports room, an outdoor skate park, offices for the Recreation Department staff, and potentially a splash pad. The requested scope of work requires the selected manager to review and familiarize themselves with one hundred percent design documents. The agency also requires the provider to deliver cost estimating and value engineering as needed. Additionally, the selected partner must manage all construction activities, including quality control, safety, and compliance. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite in Port Orange, Florida. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on June 23, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
