The City of Social Circle, Georgia, is seeking professional engineering and design consultant services for a Transportation Alternative Program project. The municipality requires these services to design and plan infrastructure improvements that resolve local pedestrian accessibility, drainage, and roadway safety issues. The selected consultant will design concrete curb and gutter installations, a new sidewalk, grading and drainage improvements, utility adjustments, driveway tie-ins, and pavement restoration. The scope of work also requires the development of erosion and sedimentation control measures, traffic control plans, construction signage, and ADA-compliant curb ramps at intersections. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The engineering and design work must be performed onsite in Social Circle, Georgia.
