Construction Manager-at-Risk Service

The government authority in El Campo, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide construction manager-at-risk services. The project covers the construction of a relocated Pierce office building, a potential septic tank, and employee and public parking lots. The authority needs to solve engineering and design challenges by obtaining geotechnical recommendations for these proposed structures. The scope of work requires performing engineering analyses to develop geotechnical recommendations for the office building expansion, septic system, and parking lots. The selected vendor must drill and sample seven borings with depths ranging from 10 to 30 feet for the proposed facilities. Additionally, the vendor must grout all borings with cement bentonite grout after taking water level readings or completing the drilling. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. Performance of the work will take place both onsite and offsite.
