Municipal Advisory Services

The government authority in Miami, Florida is seeking municipal advisory services for revenue debt transactions and ongoing advisory services for its enterprise segment. The selected advisor will provide advice and assistance to the county and disclosure counsel regarding the preparation and composition of preliminary and final official statements to ensure full and accurate disclosure to rating agencies and the investing public. The scope of work requires the advisor to evaluate the necessity and benefit of municipal bond insurance for the county when applicable. The advisor must manage the process of requesting, receiving, and evaluating quotes for this insurance, and then present a recommendation to the county on which quote to accept. Additionally, the advisor must create and maintain a database on the enterprise segment debt portfolio, which must be periodically updated and made available to the county director and the directors of the respective departments within the enterprise segment. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting that the performance of the work be conducted offsite. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a contract period of seven years.
