Professional Design and Engineering Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking professional design and engineering services to support the delivery of the Airside 2 Wing Expansion Program. The agency requires construction administration and related professional services to expand and modernize its airport infrastructure. This program aims to resolve capacity and operational constraints by adding new contact gates and ensuring compliant aircraft movement. The scope of work covers the design and construction of a new Airside 2 Wing 8 extending from the northeast side of the existing Airside 2 hub. The project includes the reconstruction of the aircraft apron adjacent to Airside 2 to accommodate the new gates. Additionally, the selected provider must design necessary modifications to taxiway, taxilane, and aircraft movement geometry to maintain compliant operations. The project also requires the design of new airside concessions and concessions support shell space. This infrastructure must support future concessions tenant improvement projects, including retail and food and beverage opportunities. All performance of the work must take place onsite in Orlando, Florida. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 29, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the procurement no later than July 6, 2026.
