Renovations Services

The Ascension Parish Government in Donaldsonville, Louisiana is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive renovation services. The agency needs to solve infrastructure limitations through the construction of a pre-fabricated metal building, drainage systems, concrete pavement, and a new canopy. To facilitate these improvements, the contractor must remove the existing electric service at the current canopy, demolish and dispose of that canopy off-site, and subsequently reinstall the electric service at the newly constructed canopy. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite at the Donaldsonville location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit or specific evaluation criteria in the initial solicitation.
