Defined Benefits and Contributions Retirement Plans and Post Employment Benefits Consulting Services

The City of Falls Church, Virginia, is seeking a financial and investment consulting firm to provide services for its public governmental pension plans, defined contribution retirement savings plans, and Other Post-Employment Benefits plans. The agency wants to establish a long-term relationship with a firm that possesses extensive experience in asset allocations, performance monitoring, fund and manager selection, and fiduciary capabilities. Through this procurement, the agency aims to secure competitive and transparent pricing while ensuring high-quality, collaborative service. The scope of work requires the selected firm to provide timely, quarterly performance evaluation statistics for investment managers against established guidelines and benchmarks. The firm must also evaluate and negotiate appropriate management fees by monitoring management and transaction costs to formulate efficiency recommendations. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States.
