The City of Gainesville, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide daily courier services to transport mail, supplies, and laboratory samples between multiple facilities and other designated locations. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of moving inter-office correspondence, office supplies like copy paper, and laboratory samples contained in coolers efficiently. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform daily pick-ups and drop-offs Monday through Friday, excluding city holidays, with all deliveries completed by 1:00 p.m. each day. The agency specifies that each stop along the courier route must take approximately no more than five minutes to complete. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the courier work must occur onsite in Gainesville.
