The Washtenaw County government authority in Saline, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services. The agency needs to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across its facilities, which include the front foyer, entrance, reception desk, front counter, and both first and second-floor offices. The selected provider will resolve daily waste and dust buildup to ensure a professional environment for staff and visitors. The scope of work covers emptying trash and recycling bins, vacuuming offices, sweeping and mopping floors, and dusting door frames and rails. Workers must clean the inside and outside of microwaves, sanitize drinking fountains, and wipe down or vacuum chairs. The project also requires cleaning sinks, counters, mirrors, and both sides of glass windows along with their frames. The agency is offering a contract period of one year. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Saline facility. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid job-walk visit for July 13, 2026.
