The Gulf Bend Center in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its government facility. The agency requires daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning to maintain a sanitary, professional, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The selected vendor must address high-traffic areas, offices, restrooms, and exterior entryways to ensure public health and facility cleanliness. Daily duties involve emptying all interior and exterior trash cans, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in the designated trash compactor. The scope covers sweeping the main entrance, cleaning benches, washing drinking fountains, and cleaning all glass entrance doors, sidelights, and interior glass doors. Daily tasks also include vacuuming carpeted floors, cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, bathroom fixtures, and mirrors, refilling dispensers, cleaning elevators, and disinfecting lobby furniture. Weekly and monthly duties require removing fingerprints, dirt, and smudges from interior doors, windows, and walls. The vendor must dust and clean office furniture in accessible offices, common work areas, conference rooms, and break areas on a weekly basis. Weekly tasks also include wiping down windowsills, shelves, and cabinets in all accessible areas of the facility. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the service description details physical facility cleaning, the agency specifies that the performance of the work will be offsite with the vendor carrying out work in their office premises.
