The City of Tampa, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide professional food and beverage services, along with limited support services, for events held at its government authority facilities. The agency requires comprehensive management of these services, which includes the purchase, preparation, sales, marketing, and service of food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages. The selected provider will operate a permanent restaurant, bars, concession stands, and portable food and beverage services, as well as handle catering for citywide conventions, entertainment events, and banquet functions serving over 350,000 guests annually. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 7, 2026, to remain eligible for award.
