Furnish Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Services

The City of Macomb, Michigan is seeking a vendor to furnish lead-based paint evaluation services on an as-needed basis. The agency requires these investigations to address potential lead hazards in residential properties, which will only be initiated upon direct request from the City. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite relative to the agency's offices, focusing on the designated residential properties. The scope of work covers the complete evaluation of the primary residence, including the interior, exterior, all habitable floors, the basement, and any accessory structures. For each property, the vendor must generate a site plan accompanied by a table indicating the current function of each numbered room. The final deliverables must include a written report containing recommended abatement options, recommended interim control options, and a dust wipe sample results table. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States.
