Construction Services for New Roof

The Town of Cumberland, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide construction services for a new roof on an existing one-story government building. The agency needs to solve the issue of an aging roof system by replacing it entirely and upgrading the building's rooftop climate control equipment. The project covers the installation of a new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board, roof membrane, edge metal, and all other components required for a complete roof installation. Interior work is limited to installing new utilities and connections for these rooftop units, along with miscellaneous patching and repair.
