Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid Delivery, and Fuel Card Program Service

The Merced County transit authority in Merced, California requires a comprehensive solution for bulk fuels, lubricants, diesel exhaust fluid delivery, and a supporting fuel card program. The agency needs this fuel card program to serve as a backup fueling method in the event that its on-site fuel tanks malfunction. To maintain continuous transit operations, the agency requires twenty-four-hour, 365-day-per-year fuel access for its transit vehicles. The requested fuel management system and software must capture detailed fuel and vehicle usage data, including fuel type, quantity, transaction cost, transaction date and time, location, and vehicle odometer readings. This system must allow the agency to export all fuel and vehicle data in Microsoft Excel format or another approved format. Additionally, the system must provide monitoring, configurable reporting, and real-time oversight of the fuel service. The agency requires the provision of ten fuel cards at no charge under this program. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of the contract work will take place either onsite or offsite over a contract period of three years.
