Citywide Towing and Roadside Services

The City of Orlando, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide citywide towing, roadside assistance, storage, and recovery services. The agency requires these services and related dispatch capabilities twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred and sixty-five days a year. The scope of work covers responding to motor vehicle accidents, breakdowns, code enforcement actions, and parking violations throughout the city limits. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform the required work offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this contract, which will span a one-year period. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 9, 2026.
