Custodial and Related Services

The Whittier Utility Authority in Whittier, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial and related services. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment across its facilities. The contract period for this engagement will span three years. The scope of work covers detailed cleaning of kitchen areas, including the sanitization of all sinks, floor sinks, grease traps, counter areas, back splashes, ceramic tile walls, and exhaust hoods and filters. The selected provider must ensure all glass and metal surfaces remain streak-free, film-free, fingerprint-free, and uniformly clean. The agency also requires the removal of dust, cobwebs, and soil from walls, fixtures, and ceilings.
