The government authority in Elizabethtown, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services. The agency needs to maintain a clean and dust-free environment across its facility. The selected contractor will perform these services onsite for a contract period of one year. The scope of work requires emptying all trashcans, depositing trash and boxes in the dumpster, and replacing trashcan liners. The service provider must dust all ledges, sills, and partitions, vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs, and clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns. Additional tasks include spot cleaning all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions, cleaning and shining all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding, vacuuming all carpeted floors, and completely sweeping, stripping, re-waxing, and buffing all tile and linoleum floors. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this opportunity.
