Engineered Program Solutions

The Bergen County government authority in New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide engineered program solutions for rigging and installation processes. The authority has developed a preliminary plan that serves as a guideline for the rigger to use during work formulation, pricing, and execution. The selected vendor must fully investigate all components of the installation and clear the work area to make it ready for the rigging contractor. The scope of work requires the vendor to coordinate all activities with the contractor to ensure the rigging tasks align with the intent of the drawings and specifications. The vendor must receive, disassemble if required, and prepare all equipment for storage, transportation, hoisting, lowering, positioning, and related installation activities. All project work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 13, 2026.
