Construction Services

The City of Green River, Utah is seeking a vendor to provide construction services to address a deleterious built environment resulting from historical economic hardships. The municipality has suffered from multiple economic booms and busts related to railroad activity, uranium mining, coal mining, and a military base, leaving the community with a population that is one-third of its former size and a poverty rate of twenty-five percent. The selected vendor will perform all requested construction services offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the work. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 16, 2026.
