Professional Financial Consulting Services

The Burlington County government authority in New Jersey is seeking professional financial consulting services to assist with comprehensive fiscal management and strategic planning. The agency needs to solve complex financial challenges by securing specialized expertise in budget planning, financial forecasting, debt management consultation, and capital planning support. Additionally, the county requires assistance with operational analysis, grant support, auditing, accounting, and the identification of both economic growth and shared services opportunities. The scope of work covers annual and multi-year forecasting, budget and fiscal analysis, and capital improvement and debt planning. The selected partner must also provide operational and strategic financial consulting, identify economic development opportunities, and attend meetings as requested by the county. This contract will run for a period of one year, with all work to be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
