Private Property Management Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Camden, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive private property management services. The agency requires a proactive preventive maintenance strategy to keep critical building assets in good working order through regular inspections and selective equipment repairs at set intervals.
