Fixed Route Transit Fleet Turn-Over Inspection Services

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking a qualified contractor to provide fixed route transit fleet turn-over inspection services in Las Vegas, Nevada. The agency needs to conduct a comprehensive fleet maintenance audit, including a review of vehicle maintenance records, for the total revenue vehicle fleet currently assigned to the transitioning operations contractors. This audit must occur before a new contractor assumes operations of the fixed route transit services. The selected contractor will perform inspections on all revenue vehicles, including those that may be temporarily off property for repairs during the initial inspection period. The agency allows these off-property vehicles to be inspected at the external repair facilities or at a later date once they return to the main maintenance facilities. The performance of this work will take place offsite. The agency is limiting eligibility for this opportunity to onshore United States organizations only. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than July 15, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget for this project.
