The Red River College Polytechnic in Manitoba is seeking employee benefits consulting services to support its post-secondary benefits plans. The selected consultant must conduct the annual actuarial valuation of the college's Administrative Services Only plans and support the governance model for the benefit plans. Additionally, the provider must deliver ongoing consulting on benefit policies, conduct institutional and market benchmarking, and proactively advise on market initiatives such as Health and Wellness, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility, Mental Health, and Chronic Disease Management. The designated consultant must assign qualified, dedicated representatives to manage the account, assist with claim adjudication issues, interpret contracts, and liaise with benefit carriers on behalf of the college. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within Canada, and the performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The initial contract period will span one year, and the college has not disclosed a specific budget, signaling that bidders should propose their pricing models.
