Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Evaluation, Design and Grant Services

The Maryland government authority is seeking a vendor to provide evaluation, design, and grant submission services for five schools. The agency needs engineering services to develop a Granular Activated Carbon treatment system designed to remove perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from groundwater withdrawn for supplying potable water. The project aims to solve the problem of PFAS contamination in the groundwater that supplies drinking water to these educational facilities. The scope of work covers full evaluation, design, and grant submission services for the five designated schools. Performance of the work must take place onsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based only in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
