Facade Improvement Grant Program Services

The Huntsville Housing Authority in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide turnkey facade improvement grant program services within the Mill Creek Redevelopment Area. The agency is trying to revitalize the area by funding exterior improvements on an as-needed basis for multiple properties. Eligible exterior projects include painting, windows, doors, lighting, masonry repair, awnings, and code compliance improvements. The agency explicitly excludes interior work, landscaping, new construction, luxury upgrades, and work on ineligible properties such as residential-only or vacant buildings.
