The Charlotte, North Carolina government authority is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial, building, and general labor services for its athletics facilities and event spaces. The agency needs to maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of general offices, conference rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, public areas, hallways, entryways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, basketball courts, and compactor or dumpster areas. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected contractor must perform all services onsite at the designated facilities in Charlotte. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a budget and will award a contract with a performance period of two years.
