The City of Madison, Alabama requires a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its government authority facilities. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the Madison, Alabama location. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals to establish the contract cost. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for July 29, 2026, which all interested bidders must attend to remain eligible.
