The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, requires a contractor to perform facility renovation and roof repair services at a government authority office. The agency is seeking to modernize its office space by repairing interior surfaces, upgrading finishes, and addressing roof maintenance issues. The scope of work covers patching and painting existing walls, ceilings, and wood window trim in the office area. The selected contractor must install new luxury vinyl tile flooring with rubber baseboards, demolish existing light fixtures, and install new lighting.
