In-Home Monitoring Program, Shelter Care, Intensive Monitoring Program Service

The Milwaukee County Children, Youth, and Family Services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a vendor to provide an in-home monitoring program, shelter care, and an intensive monitoring program service. The agency is attempting to support parental home supervision, prevent additional offenses, and ensure youth appear for their court hearings. The target population consists of youth on a court order of supervision who may have an extensive history with the youth justice system. The scope of work requires twenty-four-hour monitoring with a minimum of two face-to-face contacts per day unless otherwise approved. For Level II Monitoring, the selected vendor must review the GPS contract with the youth and family, obtain signatures, install the tracking device, and set up the youth's schedule in a web-based GPS system. The provider must also monitor the GPS twenty-four hours a day, investigate violations, submit reports for apprehension requests, remove devices, and handle device replacement and re-banding. Bidders must perform the work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year.
